Hi I’m Michaela
The person behind Nourishing Elite and with nearly 6 years experience as a fitness coach and personal trainer with a double bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition & Exercise Science and an accreditation in sports nutrition.
I know how tough it can be to navigate the world of fitness and nutrition as I’ve been there myself, having dealt with restrictive eating and misleading information. I want to help you focus on making healthy, sustainable changes that will make a real difference to your life.
